This kit provides excellent adhesion and color retention in high moisture areas, making old tile look new again with a coating that offers the look and feel of porcelain without the mess or cost of complete tile replacement. It works great to renew ceramic or porcelain tile, fiberglass, acrylic, cast iron, and steel tubs and sinks, but it is not intended for use on galvanized steel, flexible plastic, or areas subject to continuous water immersion like fountains, swimming pools, or hot tubs.

The Rust-Oleum Tub and Tile Refinishing kit is a durable, high-performance, epoxy, acrylic paint that combines the performance of a professional-quality formula with the convenience of a consumer-friendly process. This 2-part epoxy acrylic formula can withstand moisture and resist corrosion, allowing you to prepare and paint the surface on the same day.

For best results, thoroughly mix parts A and B separately before mixing them together for 2 minutes. Once combined, be sure to use the mixture within 6 hours. Each kit covers up to 110 sq ft, and two coats are highly recommended. Wait 1-2 hours to recoat and allow the surface to dry for 3 days before exposing it to water.

To ensure proper ventilation, make sure to open windows and turn on a fan to circulate the air. Thoroughly read all directions included in the kit and properly prepare the surface before beginning the project.
